• Looking to buy a high efficiency product?  Utility Energy Efficiency Loans provide eligible homeowners, duplex owners, condominium owners, and residential building owners (four units or less) with special financing, currently at 4.99%, for the purchase of approved high efficiency products. Your monthly payment will conveniently show up as a line item on your ComEd electric bill every month.
