You may be eligible for a Utility Energy Efficiency Loan for the purchase of a new central air conditioning system.

Finance your central air conditioning system replacement and you may be eligible for up to $750 in rebates.

Financing, through your ComEd electric bill, is available for the central air conditioning portion of a qualifying Complete System Replacement. Qualifying units must meet the eligibility requirements of the ComEd Smart Ideas® Complete System Replacement incentive program. ComEd has partnered with the local natural gas utilities to offer incentives for replacing the complete central heating and cooling system in your home with select high-efficiency equipment. ComEd customers served by NICOR Gas, Peoples Gas, or North Shore Gas are eligible.

Example: If you qualify for a $3,600 central air conditioning system loan with a ten year term, payments can be made for less than $40 per month on your ComEd electric bill.
